• Boundary Scan board test development with FLASH programming, cluster testing of non Boundary Scan devices, memory testing, and CPLD programming (thru "JTAG" port.)

• XJDeveloper is a graphical application that allows you to quickly and easily set up and run tests on your circuit. With XJDeveloper you can reduce your time to market by reusing your test scripts all the way through the product design process and then in manufacturing. The simple drag-and-drop interface allows you to set up your JTAG chain and categorise all of the non-JTAG devices in your circuit easily, while the built-in netlist explorer provides a simple interface for you to view the connectivity between devices.

• XJEase is the high-level test description language of XJTAG that provides you with all of the functionality, flexibility and control you require to create a JTAG solution. XJEase has libraries to test and/or program many non-JTAG devices such as FLASH, RAM (all varieties), Ethernet, RTC, Video etc. Even if you have never used JTAG before, it is possible to create a fully functioning test system with no extra programming.

• XJAnalyser is a real-time visual analysis and debugging tool for devices in your JTAG chain. By setting pin values and tracing signals you can quickly debug your boards, even under BGAs. XJAnalyser is a powerful resource that can also be used for in-system programming, using SVF / STAPL / JAM files.

• XJTAG Chain Debugger, installed with all XJTAG products, is a powerful tool designed to help you troubleshoot problems with your JTAG chain. You can tell the Chain Debugger to automatically try and identify the location of faults by exercising the devices in a JTAG chain. If further investigation is necessary you can use a range of built-in functions to help you track down the source of the problem. From debugging the JTAG chain on early prototype boards to resolving production line issues the tool can be used by engineers at all stages of the product life-cycle.

• XJRunner is the run-time environment for executing XJEase tests. It is particularly aimed at board manufacturers and/or in-field testing, with additional logging, serial numbering and user management capabilities
