The
Test Connection, Inc.
About
the President

Prior
to founding TTCI in 1980, Bill Horner advanced through 20 years in
senior ATE and quality management positions at major corporations such
as GenRad, Bendix, Westinghouse, Plantronics and Hydronautics.
Mr. Horner holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Physics &
Computer
Science from Loyola College and a diploma from Baltimore Technical
Institute in Electronics, Broadcast Engineering and Industrial
Electronics. He also proudly served as a member of the United States
Army in the special Nike Hercules Fire Control Unit.
As
an active participant in the ATE community, Bill Horner regularly
presents papers and co-sponsor events at major ATE seminars and User's
Group meetings.
In
his spare time, Bill is an avid boater. He owns a 31' Larson Sports
Cruiser. Running a business sometimes makes taking a vacation
difficult, but when the opportunity arises, Bill and his wife of 40
years, Marge, can be seen cruising along the Chesapeake Bay, taking
trips to Baltimore's beautiful Inner Harbor or mini-vacations to the
tranquil shores of Maryland's Ocean City resort.
Capt'n
Bill, as known to most of his friends at Baltimore Yacht Club, states
"The yacht club is a great place to go and relax. It allows you to
communicate with many people in similar situations - since many
business owners keep their boats docked there as well. It is also a
good place to think and discuss business ideas and get creative
solutions to issues that may be going on at The Test
Connection."

Bill
also was an officer at Goose Harbor Yacht Club for 4 years, and
Commodore at the Goose in 1999.
